It reviews traceability systems, forest monitoring, legal frameworks and smallholder inclusion. Kenya has a well-regulated coffee sector and established traceability from wet mill to export, but geolocation data and farmer registries remain fragmented. Forest monitoring systems are in place, and coffee is not a driver of deforestation. Legal land tenure is generally secure, though child labour awareness and cooperative governance require attention.
