The session was organized by <strong>GIZ and ITC at the request of IACO<\/strong> and brought together approximately 150 stakeholders from government, the private sector, and producer organizations. Discussions focused on progress toward <strong>EUDR readiness<\/strong>, including <strong>deforestation-free production, traceability, and legality<\/strong>. While countries such as <strong>Kenya and Burundi<\/strong> showcased advanced geo-mapping and traceability systems, significant gaps remain, particularly on legality compliance.
