Focusing on cocoa, coffee, rubber, and timber, the study maps national and sub-national regulations across ten EUDR indicators, including land use rights, environmental protection, labor and human rights, and Indigenous Peoples\u2019 rights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It highlights regulatory strengths and gaps, especially in land tenure and customary land recognition. Recommendations are provided for producers and smallholders to support compliance.
