Practical Guide for Gathering Information and Mapping Supply Chains.
This guide details how to map supply chains from your organization upstream to origin and collect robust information for due diligence. It covers supplier evaluation and onboarding, clear communication and consent, minimum datasets (actors, products, volumes, documents), and how to gather and validate evidence (invoices, transport documents). For EUDR, it specifies parcel‑level geolocation and harvest date/period, and recommends standardized data formats (JSON/GeoJSON) and the GDSP structure.
It discusses managing confidentiality, proportional tooling (from spreadsheets to databases), and clarifies that EUDR requires geodata and risk‑relevant information rather than full disclosure of every intermediary.
