2027 Partnership Meeting: From Origin to Global Resilience

The World Cocoa Foundation (WCF), in partnership with the Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD), is pleased to announce that Ghana will host the 2027 World Cocoa Foundation Partnership Meeting in Accra from 17–18 March 2027.

The world’s leading global conference in cocoa sustainability will be held at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City in Accra, Ghana, under the theme From Origin to Global Resilience. Each year, the Partnership Meeting convenes leaders from across the cocoa value chain to address the urgent realities reshaping the sector. From climate pressures and regulatory shifts to market volatility and farmer livelihoods, the challenges facing cocoa are deeply interconnected and demand a collective response.

This year’s theme From Origin to Global Resilience, will place producing countries and cocoa-farming communities at the heart of the conversation about the future of the global cocoa economy. The theme reflects the understanding that resilience must begin at origin, while extending across every stage of the cocoa value chain—from farms and local communities to supply chains, markets and the wider chocolate and cocoa industry. At a time of rapid environmental, economic and market transformation, the meeting will explore practical solutions, breakthrough innovations and new models of collaboration that can help the sector anticipate change, adapt to emerging challenges and build lasting resilience. By bringing together stakeholders from across the global cocoa community to share knowledge, strengthen trust and align around common priorities, the Partnership Meeting will seek to translate challenges into collective action and long-term opportunity.
