EUDR Final Stretch: Where You Should Be and What to Do Next

There is no more waiting room.

EUDR applies from 30 December 2026 for large and medium operators, and from 30 June 2027 for micro and small enterprises. The Commission’s simplification package adjusted product scope, updated the Information System and expanded the guidance, but it did not move the date, and the Commission has been explicit that it does not intend to reopen the legal text.

That leaves thirteen weeks. Enough time to close real gaps, but not enough to start from scratch. upplier data collection, consistently the longest part of any implementation, is the one thing that cannot be compressed.

Join Tim Kühn, Senior Sales Engineer and EUDR expert at LiveEO, and Filmon Ghebrezghi, Product Manager at SAP, for an honest look at what a compliant programme should look like right now, what to prioritise between now and December, and the implementation mistakes that cost teams the most time.

The session includes short product demos from both LiveEO and SAP, so you can see what the workflow looks like in practice rather than in theory.

Agenda

  • Where you should be right now: a realistic readiness benchmark: scope mapping, roles, supplier engagement, data collection and system readiness
  • What you should be doing in the next three months: the sequence that matters, and what can safely wait until 2027
  • Common implementation pitfalls to avoid: the assumptions and shortcuts we see costing companies weeks of rework
  • Short demos: LiveEO and SAP showing how the compliance workflow runs end to end, from geolocation data collection through to Due Diligence Statement submission
  • Live Q&A: bring questions specific to your own supply chain
