The study synthesizes existing research and provided additional field evidence from the provinces of Lâm Đồng and Đắk Lắk (coffee), Đồng Nai (rubber) and Gia Lai (timber) to assess EUDR readiness in terms of traceability, legality, technical capacity and financial capacity for different stakeholder groups, with gender and digital literacy serving as cross-cutting lenses.
