This document presents policy recommendations developed by the Conseil National des Exportations (CNE) of Côte d’Ivoire within the framework of the FIT for FAIR project. It includes activities to establish a conducive political and legal environment that supports supply chain actors in addressing due diligence requirements of the German Supply Chain Act (LkSG), the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), and the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
